Hello! I am a therapist at Cory Cove Wellness located in Auburn, MA. I am a registered play therapist and utilize expressive arts, sand, play (yes even for adults), parts work, and more traditional methods. Cory Cove is comprised of a team of mental health providers who utilize a healing-centered framework that is grounded in an understanding of and responsiveness to the impact of trauma, creating opportunities for emotional safety and for survivors to rebuild empowerment. Some of us offer in person and virtual, while others are only virtual. I offer both and have openings. I am happy to connect with potential clients as well as connect with my team if they would like other options!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing virtual therapy, bringing over fifteen years of experience in diverse settings, including outpatient care (both in-person and virtual), middle schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential programs, Section 35 commitment facilities, and emergency psychiatric assessments in various environments. I have had the privilege of counseling individuals across the gender spectrum—from ages ten to eighty—addressing a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, adjustment disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and psychotic disorders. My approach to therapy is collaborative and interactive, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. While I bring extensive training and experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment models, I recognize that true progress comes from a strong and trusting connection between therapist and client. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I strive to help my clients deepen their self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard, and develop a sense of balance within themselves and their lives. I view therapy as a partnership—one in which we work together to identify and shift harmful patterns, fostering healthier ways of coping and communicating. Through this process, we explore the experiences that have shaped who you are, creating space for growth and transformation. My therapeutic style is eclectic, incorporating psychodynamic principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. My clients will often give me feedback they feel genuinely cared for in our therapeutic relationship. Often, clients will report that they were able to connect with me quickly and expressed surprise that they opened up as much to me, sometimes stating “that’s the first time I’ve ever told anybody that”. Though our work can be challenging, we work at a pace you are comfortable with and I will respect your boundaries.

I enjoy working with students who need support in adjusting to all the changes that school inherently comes with leaving home, performance anxiety, finding your people, dating, friends, study habits, getting ready to graduate and finding your next move etc. And through all of this, sometimes there is anxiety, depression, or trauma that makes all of the adjustments more difficult. Therapy can help you sort through all of that so that you have a clear mind and feel more at ease in life. College can feel like a constant balancing act between expectations, relationships, and the pressure to have it all figured out. I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals who look successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware–they know why they feel the way they do, but that insight alone hasn’t been enough to shift how they feel. My approach focuses on helping you reconnect with your emotional experiences as valuable sources of information, not something to fix or avoid. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the overthinking so you can feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally resilient. Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I create a space where you can feel both deeply supported and gently challenged. If this resonates, I’d love to connect for a free consultation.
