Feeling triggered, dissociated, anxious, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing or avoidance? Lost, confused, or frustrated as you navigate big questions about your identity, relationships, or future? You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help. Your 20s are tough—full of transitions, uncertainty, and unexpected challenges. It can feel like a lot to handle on your own, but with the right support, you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. I specialize in helping emerging adults like you navigate this transformative decade. My approach is holistic and inclusive, and I have expertise in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I go beyond traditional talk therapy by incorporating a somatic approach, which helps you tune into what your body is holding onto. Together, we’ll work to reduce overwhelm, boost focus and energy, and help you feel more alive, creative, and connected.

I support clients with coping with current life stressors, overcoming perfectionism and people-pleasing, and processing grief and trauma from the past.

Big changes in our lives stir up a lot of feelings, even ones that can surprise us. Without naming these events and emotions, we get overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy provides space to name these experiences so you can start moving forward. Clients I work with might come to counseling because some of the following: Relationship problems of all types Burnout Compassion Fatigue Stress & Anxiety Perfectionism Procrastination Making time for self-care Self-confidence Fear of failure Making big life decisions Coping with disapproval from family of origin Navigating college and post-college life Coping with life transitions Grief & Loss Establishing community Finding a way to have a positive impact Communication Issues Emotional Distance Affairs & Infidelity Intimacy Issues Life Transitions My role is to listen deeply to your story, help you be aware of the patterns and themes that show up. We will work together to reconnect with wisdom, strengths, and build on what's working to support you in growing your resilience.
A lot of people are struggling to be present today. The pace of life, distraction from our phones, and increasing demands at work and school make it challenging to "slow down" and enjoy life. This is even more difficult when we're experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or substance use. I work with people to overcome underlying mental health issues and develop skills to improve presence, strengthen relationships, and sustain healthy lifestyle behaviors. I specialize in treating anxiety, including OCD (using ERP, the gold standard), integrating both cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based modalities. I also work with people experiencing depression and substance use. I know that struggling with mental health can be overwhelming. It might feel like you are moving through a downward spiral. My goal is to reverse that spiral with you. Together, we'll identify 1) where you're at, 2) where you want to go (and what's getting in the way), and 3) practical, specific, evidence-based actions you can begin taking right away. I was previously a Clinical Assistant Professor at USC (where I worked in the Student Counseling Center), have worked with people across the clinical spectrum, and have been teaching meditation for 10+ years. I also run public courses and workshops on mindfulness and mental health. I would be glad to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. I look forward to talking more!
I am a deep heart healer. Clients come to me to support in clearing and transforming the parts of them which are deeply wounded. I work with clients from an intuitive and trauma-informed perspective. My work extends beyond the mental and emotional into the energetic and spiritual realms. I believe we all carry trauma whether it is collective, individual, or ancestral. I connect with clients throughout the lifespan. Words are one source of healing, but healing can also occur without words. Through creativity, play, and energy psychology techniques, we can shift and heal. We can experience deep healing as a child, adolescent, and adult. Whatever you are holding, you do not need to hold it alone. Your whole self is welcome. Nature is my greatest teacher. I often find answers that inspire and guide the way I work and live in nature. Working with me, opens you to rest in your own truth, move through deep healing, and return to connection – internally and beyond. I would be grateful to walk with you during this part of your journey.
I work with individuals and couples using a strength-based approach that is interactive, collaborative and informed by the latest research on attachment theory, neuroscience, and mindfulness. I see each person as more than the problem they walk in with, emphasizing their unique strengths and resilience as the most important ingredients for healing. I specialize in working with men to help deepen their capacity to understand and manage complex emotional states so they can have more self-confidence and greater satisfaction in their relationships.

Along the way, you’ll learn to navigate difficult situations, gain confidence, and express yourself authentically. Let's work together to overcome the issues causing indecisiveness, performance issues, and low self-esteem. Together, we'll create a way for you to meet your potential, break old patterns, and start on a better path forward. My approach is eclectic to fit your needs, help build your strengths, and create opportunities for growth. We'll create sustainable goals that align with your values and find strategies to overcome obstacles. My work draws from many years of helping adults, families, children, and couples in clinics, schools, and community settings. Therapy can be hard, so I want to make it comfortable for you. I'm a gamer and use video games in sessions to help you feel more at ease, build skills, and process your difficulties. Games, art, play, and many creative activities have been used in therapy to help people process their difficulties, express themselves, and make therapy personal.
