The college years can be some of the most overwhelming — academic pressure, perfectionism, anxiety, homesickness, identity shifts, and major life changes, often layered on top of experiences you carry with you from before you even got here. Whatever you're going through, I'll meet you with honesty and genuine warmth — as well as humor and laughter along the way. We'll work toward your goals as a team, with a treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs. This plan will always take into account your background, identity, and lived experience. This is a space space, and everybody is welcome here. I commonly work with students navigating: - Anxiety and perfectionism - Depression - Trauma and past experiences - Chronic illness and chronic pain - Homesickness and life transitions - Identity and self-worth Therapy with me is supportive and nonjudgmental — and direct. Expect to be gently challenged. Together we'll work on dismantling negative core beliefs, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building healthy boundaries, and finding coping skills that work and fit in to your daily life . Our first session is about you. I'll walk you through what to expect and your rights as a client, and you'll have space to ask questions. Building trust and rapport is the most important step to make our work together possible — so we'll begin the trust-building process while I gather some important background. My goal is that when you leave your first session, you'll feel heard, understood, and genuinely hopeful that growth and healing are possible.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.

I also have a special interest and training background in PTSD and trauma-related difficulties. I am EMDR-trained. My style is warm and collaborative, and I use an individualized approach with each client. I am an ideal choice for students who go to school in Massachusetts but permanently reside in New Hampshire (or vice versa). I am licensed in both states, which means that I can meet with you when you are at school and when you are home on breaks. I am an ally and safe space to members of the LGTBQIA community, racial/ethnic minorities, and those impacted by poverty. I am aware of how systemic oppression, systems of privilege, and all forms of prejudice impact human functioning. However, I do not pretend to be an expert in these areas, and I am not personally a member of the above-mentioned communities. I welcome any questions about me or my practice. Hi, I help young adults manage their mental health medications via telehealth, and provide education about balancing medication use with a healthy lifestyle. Medication is not a quick-fix, or an all encompassing solution, but it can help! Unfortunately, because we are currently telehealth only, we are not prescribing stimulants (for ADHD treatment or narcolepsy) to new patients. We can continue existing prescriptions if patient has a PCP that they see yearly. Please contact me or sign up for a new patient appointment on my website if you feel that our practice might be right for you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience working with a wide variety of presenting issues and concerns, including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, interpersonal & relationship issues, grief & loss, substance abuse, trauma, etc. I have experience working with clients of all different demographic backgrounds. Some of my previous experience also includes working directly with college students on college campuses. I utilize an integrated approach with clients based on multiple modalities of treatment. In my private practice I offer both individual and couples counseling via telehealth for ages 18 and up. As a therapist, I view the therapeutic relationship, including the trust and rapport that I build with clients, as fundamental and central to the work. My work with clients includes creating a safe space for them to feel heard, understood, and accepted, while also challenging them to take a closer look at the roadblocks that might be getting in their way, and helping them build tools and utilize their personal strengths to find healthy paths toward reaching their goals. I look forward to hearing from you!

I strive to create a strong, collaborative, and secure therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and understood. Together, we explore not just the challenges you’re facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals—both in therapy and in life. Many clients come to me ready to examine and unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. They’re seeking to address anxiety and depressed mood, life transitions, and/or interpersonal dynamics. Often their goals are to strive for meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and the skills to navigate life in a way that aligns with who they truly are. I work with them to develop practical strategies that promote resilience, balance, and a sense of empowerment. My approach to therapy is comprehensive, client-centered, and rooted in social justice, relational mindfulness, and purposeful self-reflection. I value collaboration and ensure that assessment, diagnosis, and treatment are tailored to each person’s unique experience. Above all, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space where compassion, empathy, and support are met with clear, honest, and practical guidance. My passion is equipping clients with tools they can carry long after therapy ends—helping them shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions more effectively, and confidently navigate life’s many demands.
