I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in addressing trauma, stress, anxiety, and adjustment concerns in adults. My practice focuses on helping individuals process difficult emotions and live more meaningful lives. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual needs, strengths, and values of each client. Together, we will work to identify your treatment goals, further develop existing strengths, learn new skills, and pursue what is most important to you. I aim to create a non-judgmental space and to be authentic and compassionate in my work. I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care and welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and identities. My approach integrates cognitive and behavioral principles (such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness) and uses evidence-based trauma-focused therapies (e.g., cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure). I tailor my psychotherapy services to meet each client’s individual goals and values. Please contact me to learn more and see if we might be a good fit.
I am a bilingual, first-generation therapist. I bring a culturally responsive and compassionate approach in working with adults, children and families. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, along with evidence-based modalities like CBT, play therapy and mindfulness. YOU are the expert of your own life. Our role is to provide a judgement free space to help you explore and build skills to meet your goals.
Life requires constant adjustment. For many of us, this makes life more challenging. Do you struggle with life adjustments, mood disorders, or anxiety? If so, I am here to help. As your therapist, I will give you a judgment-free environment where I will help you combat your negative thoughts and find a positive way to move in whatever direction life brings. I will empathetically challenge you to come out of your comfort zone and see the world from a new perspective. I will give you the tools to heal, transform, identify, and utilize your strengths to address everyday challenges. Equally, I will provide you with time to make those adjustments, as we all know there can be setbacks along the way, but that doesn’t have to stop us. Together, we will build a stronger community. One of my goals for you is that as I help you become a better version of yourself, you will be equipped to help those around you–creating a ripple effect of world-changing power. Whether facing in-the-moment or long term concerns, therapy provides a unique and professional third-party perspective. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I am a proud queer therapist with a deep commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients through both internal struggles and the very real weight of societal pressures. I have worked across a range of settings, including health promotion, Mass General Brigham, and group practice. I draw from an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Feminist Therapy—tailoring my approach to what fits you. I hold a Master's in Psychology from Boston College, where I have returned as an adjunct professor of the practice. I bring that same teaching orientation into my work with clients—helping you understand the skills, frameworks, and coping strategies behind what we explore together. My priority is to help you find relief as soon as possible, and to understand the deeper roots of what brought you here in order to sustain feeling better. I view sessions less as a clinical appointment, and more like an honest conversation with someone genuinely in your corner. I'd love to connect—feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation together!
