I am a psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience in clinical practice. In working together, it is my hope that we can create a safe space where you can slow down, pause, breathe and self-reflect. A moment of reflection, clarity, and deep connection to yourself. A dedicated space for curiosity and collaboration where we identify ways in which you can learn to welcome and cope more constructively with your feelings and thoughts, improve and strengthen your interpersonal relationships, and increase your awareness about how your life experiences may be impacting your overall well-being. I am an active clinician, who will engage you on a compassionate level through attentive and thoughtful listening. I acknowledge and appreciate your strengths and resilience when facing challenging circumstances in your life. Fundamentally, my goal is to help empower you by bolstering your internal resources to help you move towards a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic style is a mix of cognitive behavioral, relational, and mindfulness-based interventions. I can offer you an approach that is individually tailored to your unique goals, needs, strengths and challenges. I feel privileged that this is my life's work, and I appreciate your consideration to allow me to accompany you on your healing journey.

There is a delicate balance between accepting life as it is and our inherent desire for change. This duality is at the heart of my therapeutic approach-creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore themselves, their experiences, and their potential for growth. I specialize in providing compassionate support for those navigating the complexities of major life adjustments, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and personal crises. I approach this with deep respect for each person’s unique spiritual beliefs, existential questions, and process of meaning making. I draw inspiration from humanistic and transpersonal theories, integrating evidence-based modalities like Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate mindfulness practices, guided imagery, and grounding exercises to help clients build resilience, find inner peace, and cultivate a sense of agency in their lives. As an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, I also believe in the transformative power of body-mind connection. I integrate elements of yoga, meditation, and self-care, recognizing the importance of maintaining balance, well-being, and grounding in the present moment. I believe this quote from The Lord of the Rings captures the essence of my work: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” It is a reminder that we have the power to shape our lives, our healing, and the way we approach each moment. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your own journey toward growth, healing, and transformation.

Do you find yourself stuck, or struggling somehow? I believe that people are doing the best they can, with the experiences and knowledge that they have. Sometimes, however, life throws so much at you that it overwhelms your ability to cope, and you might find yourself on a website like this one, saying, "maybe I need a therapist?" Whether you know exactly what's wrong (like a challenging relationship or choosing a major, or a traumatic experience), or you just have a sense that college somehow isn't what you had in mind (worried, sad, or unfulfilled all the time), then therapy can help. I can help. Please visit my website to find the Matching Questionnaire to get started.

You’re thoughtful, capable, and often the one others rely on—but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. Many of my clients struggle with overgiving, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship stress, or burnout. I help you understand your patterns, strengthen your voice, and build healthier, more balanced relationships so you can feel grounded, respected, and more like yourself again. I specialize in helping high-functioning adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Using a trauma-informed, integrative approach (CBT, DBT, EMDR), I support you in setting boundaries, regulating emotions, and creating healthier patterns in your life and relationships. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. If you’re ready to feel more supported, clear, and emotionally grounded, therapy can help you move forward with confidence and intention. I’d be honored to support you in this next chapter. My mission is to help people heal, grow and thrive - so they can achieve their goals and improve their lives. I am offering Teletherapy Services only. Hello and welcome. I view therapy as an active and collaborative process of working toward your goals together. Therapy is not a one size fits all treatment. It should built around your needs. My number one priority is to provide you with the tools to get back on a path that feels genuine and life affirming. I want to help you heal, break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills, and find new ways to respond to life's challenging situations. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD or have experienced traumatic events, the decision to seek help is a sign of great strength. Brainspotting is a method to help heal clients who have suffered from trauma. It is a neurophysiological treatment that provides psychological, emotional and physical benefits. It appears that Brainspotting helps to harness the brains own ability to heal itself and the body from stored trauma. Biolateral sound can be used to help enhance the healing process. Brainspotting can also be used to work on sports and performance blocks, as well as concussions. My treatment approach is holistic, integrative, and personalized to your unique circumstances. I use a combination of Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka tapping), talk therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques are also used to help people shift their personal narrative and develop skills to navigate life's challenges. I offer vibrational sound healing which shifts and clears energy from the body allowing your body to move back into harmony and vibrant health. This service is offered to enhance your healing journey and is not covered by insurance.

a Yale-educated and clinically trained therapist, I believe therapy begins with one essential foundation: feeling safe enough to be truly seen and heard. Choosing to pursue therapy is a deeply personal decision, and the relationship between therapist and client should be grounded in compassion, empathy, and trust. My approach is centered on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore challenges openly, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I am committed to meeting each client with respect, curiosity, and genuine care throughout their therapeutic journey.

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you haven't done it before. My goal is to allow you to feel comfortable as you transition into therapy by being warm, transparent, patient and affirming. I take a person centered approach which means I listen nonjudgmentally so you feel understood and supported in sessions. I meet clients where they are at and empower clients to decide what they want to focus on in sessions. I have primarily worked with young adults in my career. My experience allows me to adjust my approach to meet the unique circumstances of my clients and assist clients in times of crisis. Clients I serve often struggle to maintain stable relationships, need assistance navigating life transitions, and coping with their emotions.

I am not your typical therapist, and strive to always create that emotional connection that allows us to work through any issue as a team. Most of my clients have already tried traditional therapy, and haven't been able to engage in one way or the other. Many of my clients haven't felt heard or understood, and it is a goal of mine to make therapy accessible for all. My belief as a therapist is that everyone can benefit- and should benefit from the relationship they have with their therapist. My clients believe in person centered care- and feedback goes both ways. I provide a trauma informed environment where the client gets to lead. As a therapist, my main goal is to meet you where you are at and go from there. Over time my skills have been honed for working with struggling teens, self injury, LGBT youth, and families. I have a unique approach to all of these, but have seen fantastic results in all areas. I also enjoy family coaching, and offer an on call service for families. If you need a 'ride or die' therapist- that's me. I'm committed to navigating any and all concerns and barriers when working together- no problem is too big. When we agree to work together, I am committing to finding times during the week that work for you. My availability is based on you.

We know that searching for a therapist can be one of the most difficult parts of coping, healing, and self-empowerment, because it's the first thing you must do. You must force yourself out of your comfort zone and out of whatever routine you've had before, to take the initiative and embark on a new path. When we're at our best, stepping out of our comfort zones can be daunting; when we're feeling vulnerable, it can seem nearly impossible. No matter what prompted you to take this first step, we'd like to be there for your second. Our clinicians focus on creating an empathic environment where you feel safe and relaxed, and where we can use every tool available to brighten your present and empower your future.
