We are here to help you. College life can be challenging- the demands of getting good grades, the the complications of social life, working to fit in, living alone for the first time- away from our previous support systems, and caring for you mental health are all intensified in the university setting. We get it. We have recent experience being in your world- knowing first hand the demands of today's college student.
Mike, the director of Resouling Therapy, has over 25 years of experience working with college students- 6 years as a counselor on a college campus. Mike has lived overseas for 6 years as a young adult and understands cross-cultural experiences firsthand.
